Q: What is the shipping and proccessing time?
Processing time for signature remakes and custom units is 14-21 business days. Overnight shipping begins after processing time is complete, not immediately after checkout. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day (Monday) unless it is a holiday. Every order requires signature upon delivery and include package insurance.
Q: Can I change my order?
After your order is placed, no changes, cancellations exchanges or refunds can be made. Please verify your wig size and ensure you're choosing the right item before finalizing your purchase.
Q: What if my wig doesn't fit?
Xplicit Hair Collection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure the circumference of your head in inches using a tape measure and match accordingly to the listed sizes.
Q: Color Acknowledgement:
Custom colored units require chemical processing, professional salon grade hair coloring products. Just like natural hair, custom color will gradually fade over time and should be maintained with color safe shampoos and conditioners. We are not responsible for color fading as the unit ages.

Q: What are the Shipping methods?
We utilize FedEx to ship out all orders after the processing time is complete. A signature confirmation is required for your package upon delivery. Please ensure all shipping and ontact information is entered accurately to guarantee successful delivery. Once FedEx receives your package, Xplicit Hair Collection is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transit.
Q: What are the Payment Terms?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options offered at checkout. All payments must be authorized and successfully processed before your order begins production and shipment. Customers are required to fill out the Order Authorization form immediately after order is palced! Once order is placed, your card will be charged immediately. Please note that we maintain strict inventory tracking and fraudulent use of credit cards or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
