My bring your own bundles service is perfect for customers who have purchased hair from another vendor or have gently used bundles they would like to transform into a custom unit. 

Each wig is professionally constructed with attention to detail to ensure a secure fit, natural appearance, and long lasting durability.

Whether you're using new bundles or giving your favorite hair a second chance, your unit will be crafted with care, customized for a seamless look, and designed for convenience.

What's Included:

✓ Custom wig construction using bundles + closure provided by you

✓ Mesh dome cap 

✓ Basic construction and styling 

✓ Adjustable band for a secure fit

✓ Finished ready to wear unit

Hair Requirements:

Bundles that are cut and lace that has been used REQUIRES a consultation. 

✓ A minimum of 3 bundles are required for lengths 20 inches or shorter 

✓ 4 bundles are recommended for lengths that are 22 inches and longer

✓ Closure must be included (HD lace is recommended for a natural appearance)

✓ Used hair that has been approved by stylist MUST be clean, tangle free, and in wearable condition before shipping

Payment Information:

⋆ To reserve your custom wig order, a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required at checkout

⋆ Remaining balance must be paid via ZELLE

⋆ Once deposit has been submitted, you will receive a text message within 24 hours containing your remaining balance, Zelle payment instructions, and the shipping address for your bundles

⋆ Please ensure the phone number entered at checkout is active and accurate, as this will be our primary method of contact. Delays caused by incorrect phone number may affect processing times

⋆ The remaining balance must be paid in FULL BEFORE shipping your bundles

⋆ Please DO NOT mail your hair until final payment has been RECEIVED and CONFIRMED

⋆ Hair received without full payment may be returned to the sender or held until the remaining balance has been paid

⋆ Once hair is received, you'll receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed and construction will begin

Processing Time:

Please allow 7 - 14 business days business days form the date your hair is received. 

Important Information:

• Hair must be in suitable condition for wig construction to begin. Hair that arrives damaged, excessively tangled, cut, or unsuitable for construction will be returned or an additional charge will be applied if customer wants to continue service
