Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We DO NOT offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to the nature of our units. All units are custom made and crafted specially per order. Once an order has been placed, it CAN NOT be canceled or refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Please be sure to review your order details carefully before checking out. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out prior to purchasing.

 

Exceptions:

 

In extremely rare cases, returns are accepted if Xplicit Hair Collection makes an error (i.e. Wrong item was sent)

 

If you receive an item with an error that is determined to be our mistake, we will evaluate your order for return only. The correct item will be shipped once the original order is returned to us. Returns are to be considered case-by-case and must meet the following criteria:

 

✓ The unit must be unworn with the hair tag attached, unaltered, and in its original condition

 

✓ You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

 

✓ Provide order number and proof of purchase 

 

If the exchange is approved due to an error on our part, Xplicit Hair Collection will cover all associated shipping costs.
