Order processing is the first step of the fulfillment process. This stage includes actions like verifying customer information and confirming payments to ensure accurate order management.
Ready to wear units (In stock) will be shipped out within 3 – 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom units estimated shipping time is between 7 – 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Business days are Monday – Friday
Please note that holidays and sales can cause processing times to vary (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to be updated within carrier’s system.
Local Pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their item in person. Please select this option at checkout.
International Shipments – Any custom duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Xplicit Hair Collection is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or inclement weather conditions.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
Once an order has been shipped, Xplicit Hair Collection is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address, missed deliveries, delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packaging caused by shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We DO NOT make address changes after an order has been placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from carrier, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We CAN NOT replace, or refund orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
